Product Guarantee
This product has a one-year warranty which covers workmanship and material quality. We will replace any products if found to be defective within the warranty period of normal use. Our customer service department will be able to help you with a warranty claim.

Return & Exchange Policy
Customer satisfaction is our top priority. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return or exchange the item, please contact us within 15 days of receipt of your purchase. Items must be returned in new, unused and resalable condition, and in its original packaging. This product is subject to a restocking fee if returned for reasons other than damage. A credit will be issued upon proof of return shipping and inspection of the item less a 25% restock fee and any return shipping costs. The restock fee may be waived if exchanging for another item of same or greater value.

Customized orders can not be returned due to their uniqueness. Our Customer Care Specialists will be happy to assist you with any return or exchange.
